This house extension and renovation project in Hampton, Richmond upon Thames, began with our popular Space Planning service. By working closely with the owners of this beautiful but slightly dated property, we came to a deep understanding of what the client needed to bring the layout of their house in line with their lifestyle.
The renovation project included a small extension to the rear of the existing garage allowing us to create a split level L-shape kitchen / diner / family room with an office overlooking the much loved rear garden.
The whole house was re-imagined, creating a fantastic redesigned master bedroom suite with a generous ensuite (Jack and Jill) and walk-in wardrobe. The laundry room was placed on the 1st floor. We adapted the small loft room with some structural changes creating a lovely guest suite with storage and its own en-suite.
We sourced all the finishing touches including all window dressings, carpets and lighting.
