Our clients had almost committed to an orangery extension before we successfully opened their eyes to how the use of the space could be maximised. The kitchen in this lovely 10 year old property was already very nice but the space didn’t work well for the family.  We were able to extend the ground floor footprint to provide the extra space for the optimal layout. We managed all aspects of the design and planning application, structural details through to the final build.

By situating the fireplace on the rear wall overlooking the elevated garden we have injected a sense of cosiness to this extended, sociable and comfortable family area with views of the lawn at eye level. It’s often a challenge to get this multi-functional living space & outdoor connection whilst still retaining its cosy and homely feel but we have achieved it here.
