We had completed a bathroom renovation some 8 years prior and were asked to look at remodelling the family bathroom and ensuite. For this, we removed walls, re-shaped the existing spaces and re-located furniture to give the space an improved flow.

The end result is a tranquil bedroom with a large bespoke sliding door leading to a luxury walk in dressing area. A further sliding door opens to the ensuite bathroom with large walk-in shower and double basins.

We really wanted to offer the feeling of a luxury penthouse or hotel feel. On the top floor we changed the layout by using unused eaves space or landing areas. This floor now accommodates 2x large bedrooms with study areas, family bathroom and a spacious office.

Every bedroom has been fitted out with bespoke wardrobes, new flooring, decoration and internal doors throughout.

The staircase was modernised with new spindles and introducing complementary veneer step treads. Still a 5 bedroom home, the property is now better proportioned with dedicated spaces for home working.
