In our home, we were able to introduce a cantilever corner to the kitchen extension where a glass wall 2x6m can be fully opened, allowing the garden to really feel like part of the house. The kitchen itself uses a mix of industrial (exposed steel and brickwork), contemporary styles and finishes. The kitchen and exposed brick wall continues through the glass wall and out to the garden, making outdoor cooking and bbq’ing a regular occurrence. The downstairs WC/cloak room is dark and industrial and has the dramatic impact we were looking for.

From the kitchen, the study, to the downstairs WC you will see many unique items – a distressed fireplace, a concrete 3m vanity unit, a hand-made ply painted kitchen and a garden table with drinks/herb recess.
