Set in a private road in Epsom, this detached home had benefitted from an earlier extension that had yielded little benefit with an impractical flow and a disconnection from the rest of the house.

We were originally approached about a new extension but after a discussion about our ‘space planning & design service’ we proved that an extension was not the right solution and the overall budget could be spent in a much more effective way.
