With this home renovation project in Epsom, Surrey, we have once again shown that re-imagining a space can give you everything your family require without the need to extend. Structural changes can be expensive but it's so great to see the finished results and the new floorplan. Extensions are often added over the years to create extra space and rarely future proof the way the house works leaving under-utilised rooms and wasted areas of the home.

This new configuration offers a large and welcoming home office with a glass partition affording light to the large L-shaped hallway. We have mimicked the Crittal effect interior glass wall providing access to the kitchen/diner and family room.

A beautiful Alno shaker style kitchen with walnut drinks/bar area was chosen for the kitchen extension with the bronze handles adding a bespoke designer feel to what is a family home.
