Many of us today crave the open plan kitchen, diner, family room, connecting the indoors to outside and this project was no exception. This 1930’s house had been extended previously extended, once to the rear and another to the side behind the garage. The additions were ill-considered and rooms felt unconnected. Using Lime’s space planning design service, we re-imagined the space, removing structural walls and opening up the space to create a fantastic family room with connection to the outside.
